If this building is not a great expression of Jewish pride and renaissance, I don't know what is."

Bronfman and other leaders praised Hillel's contributions to the campus and the Jewish community and urged the organization to push the Jewish renaissance even further. Tufts University President Lawrence Bacow said, "On many of our campuses, university presidents and others recognize Hillel as not just a resource for Jewish students but as a resource for the entire community as well. On behalf of college presidents everywhere there is a Hillel center, and everywhere there will be one in the future, I thank you."
