Hillel Celebrates High Holy Days

At Kent State University and Hillel of Silicon Valley, students will celebrate the High Holy Days in brand new buildings.

In Pittsburgh, Jewish students will be able to enjoy holiday meals with local Jewish families.

And at the University of Oklahoma, the Westboro Baptist Church will spread their hate-filled message in front of the Hillel building on the eve of Rosh Hashana.

Jewish students and Hillel professionals are gearing up for a season filled with new beginnings and the opportunity to forge new relationships with first-year and returning students. It's a time of excitement, possibility - and busy-ness.
