The Anti-Defamation League, in conjunction with UNLV's Hillel organization, hosted No Place for Hate on Tuesday night in response to the recent unauthorized onslaught of National Alliance posters on campus.

The meeting covered the history of the National Alliance, plus biographies of other hate groups. The Regional Director of the ADL, Cynthia Luria, spoke for about 30 minutes to a crowd of about 40-50 in order to inform those attending as to the nature of the National Alliance and what can be done in the future to prevent UNLV from turning into a breeding ground for more hate groups.
