Six Hillels Receive Accreditation
September 21, 2005Comments (0) | Add | E-mail this to a friendThe Board of Directors of Hillel: The Foundation for Jewish Campus Life has granted six Hillel Foundations accreditation, recognizing their adherence to Hillel's international standards.
"We salute the students, professionals and lay leaders of these Hillels for their ceaseless efforts in creating a welcoming environment for Jewish students on their campuses," said Hillel President Avraham Infeld. "Their commitment to excellence shines through everything that they do."
The accredited Hillels are:
Binghamton University Hillel
*St. Louis Hillel at Washington University
*SUNY Stony Brook Hillel
*Hillel Jewish Student Center of Cincinnati
*Edward and Rose Berman Hillel Jewish University Center of Pittsburgh
*MIT Hillel
*This Hillel became reaccredited.
