"A great organization can make a world of difference to not only its constituents but also the greater Simmons community," said Michelle Vital, assistant director of student leadership and activities as she presented Simmons Hillel with its award. "The true mark of a great organization is not [producing] programs to be recognized but programs [that] make a true connection between their mission and the needs of the community. There is a synergy about them that causes those around them to become excited."
