Hillel celebrates 85 years.

Hillel is having a birthday party and you're invited!

Hillel professionals, students and lay leaders are all participating in an international celebration to mark 85 years of exceptional service to college students. The parties will be held in individual homes and Hillel buildings to demonstrate Hillel's commitment to building communities through one-to-one relationships.

Hillel will also use the event as an occasion to present its 85th Birthday Founders Award to Dr Lynne B Harrison, a member of Hillel's International Board of Governors and Board of Directors from the Metrowest area of New Jersey. Dr Harrison is being honored for advancing the vision of Hillel’s pioneers by supporting opportunities to engage and empower Jewish students.

Congratulations on a very important day in Hillel's history. Hillel has made such progress and touches so many people evrywhere. Dr. Lynne Harrison is a source of all that is good about Hillel and her vision and good deeds make her a perfect person to be honored today.
