In an inspirational opening speech to almost 500 students at Hillel's Engagement Institute, Hillel President Wayne L. Firestone, calls on young people to take risks as they pursue their personal goals for enriching their lives, their Jewish community and the world.

Firestone shared his own personal journey with the students and told the stories of other young people who have learned leadership skills through Hillel and who are now contributing to the world at large.
