Overview:With its recent strategic plan and new mission to "enrich the lives of Jewish undergraduate and graduate students so that they may enrich the Jewish people and the world," each Schusterman International Center Fellowship is designed to align with one of the organization’s high priority areas of focus:
- Center for Jewish Experience
- Human Resources
- Innovation and Implementation – the Arline and David L. Bittker Fellowship
- Office of the President and International Division - the Bronfman Fellowship
- Organizational Learning
Each fellowship will offer meaningful work as well as a unique lens through which to view a dynamic organization at a unique period in its history. Each Fellow will be mentored by a senior professional in the department where he/she is placed and will have significant opportunity to interact with the campuses Hillel serves. Regular meetings for the Fellows with Schusterman International Center senior professionals also enrich the fellowship experience.
The salary for the Hillel Schusterman International Center Fellowship is $28,000. Hillel also offers a generous benefits package that includes health and dental insurance and fifteen days each of vacation and sick leave.
