Engagement Professionals focus on facilitating relevant and meaningful Jewish experiences with students not yet involved in Jewish campus life. Through one-on-one relationships, programmatic initiatives, campus partnerships and by simply creating a presence on campus, the Engagement Professionals – by nature community organizers – make Jewish life more diverse and more accessible to more Jewish students.
Program Professionals oversee all programmatic aspects of Hillel's activities on campus, ensuring vibrant Jewish life on campus by facilitating events and student-led initiatives, leadership development, and through personal contact with Jewish students. Program Professionals foster and develop student leadership by providing them with tools and resources to create exciting and innovative social, cultural, educational, public service, and religious initiatives that energize Jewish life on campus.
Development Professionals utilize fundraising activities in order to obtain the financial resources necessary to sustain and expand ongoing operations.
