Hillel at Suffolk University is your center for Jewish life on campus and is a proud member of the Hillel Council of New England family. Suffolk Hillel offers a variety of social, educational, cultural and religious programming throughout the year. Anyone may participate in Hillel. Students are encouraged to explore their Jewish identity, whether they wish to participate in a community service project, express themselves artistically, participate in a social event, engage in informal Jewish learning or attend a holiday celebration. Hillel is committed to a pluralistic vision of Judaism that embraces all movements. Suffolk Hillel is supported by the Suffolk University Interfaith Center and often collaborates on programming with other faith and cultural groups, academic departments, and agencies connected to the Boston Jewish community.
Suffolk Hillel offers leadership opportunities such as the fall Student Leadership Conference in which student leaders from all over New England come together to share best practices and learn from experts in the field. Other campus activities include themed Shabbat dinners, hamentashen baking, boston wide galas and a purim party in addition to educational and cultural events.
