Please arrive into the Atlanta Airport no later than 12 p.m. (NOON) on the day of your arrival (Sunday, August 10 or Monday, August 11).  We suggest that you try to book your travel to arrive on the earlier side of the designated time, allowing you to comfortably pick up your baggage and board the bus to camp which will leave at 1:00 PM from the airport.

Please book returning flights for 4:30 p.m. or later on the day of your departure (Thursday, August 14 or Sunday, August 17).  If you have any concerns about arrival and/or departure times please contact, EI-East@hillel.org.

Bus Details:
The bus company is Champion Coach- their buses are white with "Champion Coach" in blue lettering and red trim on the side. In addition (and in case Champion uses buses from another company), there will be a sign that says "Hillel" in the front window of each bus. The bus waiting area is North Terminal, Lower Level - near Greyhound.

To get to the buses:
Take the train from the Terminal to Baggage Claim. Come up the escalator from the train to baggage claim. Once upstairs, South Terminal, which is basically just Delta and almost all international, is to the left. North Terminal, which is just about everything else, is to the right. South is red and North is blue.

Once you have retrieved your bags, the escalators down to the bus waiting area are directly in front of Carousel number 4 (Continental Airlines baggage carousel). It's between door N-2 and N-3. Go down those escalators. There is also a sign right above the escalator that says To Greyhound. Once outside, just to the left of the door is the Greyhound station and the buses will be right there, at the assigned times.
