Hillel professionals and students will be staying in the modern dorms on the Washington University campus. Located on the “South 40”, these dorms are among the newest at Washington University.
- Shared: space within a suite - a sleeping room (most are single, some are doubles), and a bathroom shared with 2-3 other people.
- Single: an individual sleeping room and your own bathroom (additional cost of $50 per night).
Room keys can be picked up at the Hillel registration desk. If registration is closed, keys should be picked up from the Summer Programs office located on Shepley Drive (next to the Bear Necessities shop).
The Summer Programs office hours are:
Monday - Friday 9:00 am to midnight
Saturday: Noon - midnight
All bookings are being made by Hillel's conference department. Please do not contact the University directly for the Hillel block.
Suitemate Requests:
We prefer for suitemate requests to be mutual. Please follow instructions during registration to choose up to 3 suitemates from the registration list. Requests will be honored to the best of our ability. All suitemate requests must be received prior to registration deadline of July 10th.
