Hotel reservations can be made online via Passkey, or by calling Passkey at 1-800-266-9432. Reservations can not be made by calling the Renaissance Hotel or Marriott Reservations directly. To ensure that you receive the special rate, reservations must be made by Friday, March 7, 2008. Please mention the Hillel Summit when making your reservation.

Airports:
The closest airport to the Renaissance Hotel is the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA). Dulles International Airport (IAD) and Baltimore Washington International Airport (BWI) are secondary choices due to travel expense into DC.

Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA)- 15 minutes from the Renaissance.
Super Shuttle - $12.00 one way per person. No advance reservations. Located at ground transportation. Follow signs for Ground Transportation to Super Shuttle boarding area, curbside at each terminal. A uniformed Guest Service Representative will assist you between 6:30 AM – 11:30 PM.
Metro - $1.35-1.60 per person one way. Yellow Line to Chinatown/Gallery Place. Use 9th and G Sts. exit. To get to the hotel: When you exit the metro, walk up 9th Street for 2.5 blocks to the hotel. The hotel is located on 9th Street between I and K Streets.
Taxicab - Approximately $18 one way. Located at ground transportation.

Dulles International Airport (IAD) - 40 minutes from the Renaissance.
Super Shuttle - $27.00 one way per person. No advance reservations. Located at ground transportation. Follow signs toward Ground Transportation / Shared Ride Vans. Super Shuttle counters (open 6:00 a.m. – 10:30 p.m.) are on the lower level, just before the exit. When your ticket number is called, proceed outside.
Taxicab - Approximately $50.00 for one way. Located at ground transportation.

Baltimore Washington International Airport (BWI) - 50 minutes from the Renaissance.
Super Shuttle - $35.00 one way per person. No advance reservations. Located at ground transportation. Super Shuttle counters (open 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 a.m.) are located on the lower level between Southwest Airlines luggage carousels 1-5 (Pier A / B baggage claim). When your ticket number is called, proceed outside.
Taxicab - Approximately $65.00 for the taxi. Located at ground transportation.

Trains:
The closest Amtrak train station to the Renaissance is at Washington's Union Station. It is approximately a 5 minute ride to the hotel.
Metro - Take the Red Line towards Shady Grove/Grosvenor to the Gallery Place/Chinatown stop. Exit the Metro following the signs to 9th and G Streets.  To get to the hotel: When you exit the metro, walk up 9th Street for 2.5 blocks to the hotel. The hotel is located on 9th Street between I and K Streets.
Taxicab - Approximately $8. Go to taxi stand at the train station.
