All directors assuming new roles after September 1, 2010 should attend New Directors Institute – even if they have worked for Hillel before.

Description:
New Directors Institute is an essential conference held annually for all incoming Hillel directors. Attendees will learn from veteran professionals, gain valuable tools for navigating their new role, acquire a foundational understanding of Hillel's mission, values, strategic direction and core practices and will develop a new professional network of colleagues across the country.
