Arthur E. Green recently completed a distinguished 30 year diplomatic career with the U.S. State Department where he retired with the rank of Counselor of Embassy for Public Affairs. As a Senior Foreign Service Information Officer, Mr. Green amassed extensive experience in proactive public diplomacy on a global scale. He was stationed in Israel (Tel Aviv and Jerusalem), Latin America, Western Europe and Washington DC. His expertise ranges from American geo-strategic objectives in the Middle East to how to be an effective hasbarah advocate in an era of 24/7cyberjournalism to how to conceptualize and target hasbarah messages on the college campus. Mr. Green will challenge you to think "out-of-the box" and adapt the proven techniques utilized by the United States to defeat Communism int he ideological Cold War between the two Superpowers.
