Mission Statement:
Summer University is the highlight of the EUJS calendar. It is a unique week-long seminar which gathers students from across Europe. It has been running since 1984, when Great Britain hosted 80 participants in Epping. It is the only opportunity for approximately 300 to 500 Jewish students from Western and Eastern Europe and the Former Soviet Union to meet, share and discuss ideas, views and issues affecting them. Summer University is a unique platform of cultural and social exchange for European Jewish students. Its provides leadership training and an educational exchange for its participants and an opportunity for students to establish links with the Jewish Establishment.
