Jews for Racial and Economic Justice (JFREJ) |
Mission Statement:
The mission for Jews for Racial and Economic Justice is to connect Jewish struggles against anti-Semitism and for pluralism with broader social justice struggles. JFREJ conducts a two-session workshop, “Understanding and Fighting Racism as Jews,” and organizes public educational forums on current issues facing the Jewish community. Its extensive speakers bureau is composed of scholars, activists, theologians, and experts on law, economics, feminism, and similar issues that affect the campus climate. Internships available.
