Mission Statement:
KIRUV provides Jewish identity programming to campuses throughout North America. KIRUV's student volunteers provide on-campus peer teaching, exploratory programs, and experiential workshops utilizing more than fifty different program topics and seven different program formats. Kedma is an international student organization based in Israel. Beginning with post high school students spending a year in Israel, KEDMA seeks to instil in young people a commitment to Torah and Zionism, together with a sense of responsibility to their fellow Jews. Our leadership training program in Israel (KLP), which also includes social action projects and meetings with Israelis, prepares participants for the challenges that await them wherever they may be going. In the Diaspora, KEDMA strives to strengthen students through shabbatonim, learning programs and seminars. While in-reach is a major component, KEDMA also motivates its students to reach out to the larger Jewish population and to complement existing Jewish student programs on campuses and in the broader community.
