Generally, talkspace: Israel consists of ten sessions over the course of a semester, with the same 12 to 20 participants attending each time. These participants are typically selected by application. The program is especially effective as a follow-through opportunity for Taglit – birthright israel alumni. The talkspace: Israel curriculum should guide the content for all ten sessions; however, we encourage you to leverage local community resources and faculty members as guest facilitators to enrich the content offered by the curriculum. The program concludes with a group project that brings participants’ new energy and perspectives about Israel to the greater campus community. A student coordinator and staff facilitator work together to manage and implement the program, and to knit together all of these elements in a way appropriate to your campus.
