The holiday of Passover has four names:
Chag HaMatzot - The Festival of Matzah
Chag HaPesach - The Festival of the Passover Offering
Chag HaAviv - The Spring Festival
Zman Cheiruteinu - The Time of Our Freedom
The Seder (literally 'order') is the most widely celebrated Jewish event; it consists of a series of readings and rituals through which we retell the Biblical story of the Israelite Exodus from Egypt. Throughout Passover, Jews refrain from eating chametz (leavened products).
