A Word
To lead without being challenged is to dictate without being questioned. The leader cannot grow and the subjects of leadership will not grow either.
It is better to be in an uncomfortable place that brings challenge than to be in a "safe" environment that leads to stagnation.
Too often, we look and provide the safe option without presenting an opportunity to take risks.
Let us not mistake stagnancy for safety.
