JNF’s Alternative Spring Break to Israel is a program for Jewish college students and young adults (ages 18-30) to volunteer in Israel. It is an exciting seven day trip allowing its participants to make a personal impact in Israel. Most of the volunteer work will be in the Negev area where participants will engage in physical and social activities targeted at having the greatest impact on the community. Half a day will be spent in and around Jerusalem.

Program Dates: 1 week trips taking place December 2011/January 2012 and March 2012
Who should apply: Jewish young adults 18-30 who have been on a previous trip to Israel
Cost: Participants fundraise a minimum of $975. Dollars raised go directly to the projects the participants will be working on. Generous JNF donors cover the cost of the trip.
