"web_content": "Over the past year, our Hillel has experienced a rebirth. We have begun hosting semi-regular Shabbat dinners (about once every three weeks) and have planned events for all major Jewish holidays, including building a sukkah on the roof of the Student Center and organizing a popular seder with the assistance of two Israeli faculty families. We invited an Israeli Bedouin speaker to campus in a highly-popular event. We have also hosted seminars on Jewish meditation and other topics. Caltech is a wonderful place for the sciences, engineering, and mathematics. Our Hillel is committed to meeting, as far as possible, the needs of all Jewish students. We may have a small Jewish population, but conversely, this allows students to have a substantial say in the organization of Hillel events and to become leaders in the Jewish community. Caltech is also known for its Honor Code, under which almost all exams are take-home. This makes it easy to schedule exams around Yom Tovim and Shabbat. We would be happy to answer any further questions that you have. Please email us at hillel@caltech.edu.",
