Any Jewish student who has been accepted or is currently studying at a full-time watchmaking school in the USA is eligible for the Oscar Waldan Scholarship. Prospective students may also apply, with the understanding that the scholarship is contingent on their enrollment at a full-time watchmaking school. The scholarship is awarded every April. Awards up to $5,000 are available.

For members of Sigma Alpha Mu with Daughters who are in or will be attending college, and working toward a degree in Fall 2025, we offer the William P. Schwartz Scholarships and the Weiss Brothers Scholarship for Daughters of Fratres. The amount of these scholarships varies (range is $500-$1500) and they are based on financial need. In 2025, $4,500 will be awarded.
The Frimer First Generation Student Scholarship is being awarded to an incoming or current college student seeking a bachelor's degree at an accredited college or university who has demonstrated an impact of leadership, entrepreneurship, and/or volunteerism in their local or campus community. To qualify as a first-generation student, the applicant’s parents/guardians must not have completed a four-year college or university degree. Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 and must self-identify as Jewish.

The Jordan and Elise Levin Scholarship for Jewish Enrichment and Education is a $5,000 one-time scholarship. Awards are available to three exceptional current high school seniors, gap year students, college first-years, sophomores, and juniors in good standing with their current academic institution. Top applicants should have a GPA above 3.5, demonstrate financial need and identify as Jewish. All scholarships may be awarded for study within North America.
