Santa Cruz Hillel is a home away from home for Jewish students at the University of California Santa Cruz. We seek to provide a vibrant and welcoming community, regardless of knowledge or background. Our mission is to enrich the lives of Jewish students so that they may enrich the Jewish people and the world. Our goal is to share our Jewish values and experiences to positively enhance campus culture through our partnerships, presence on campus, and in the community.

Candy Issenman Coonerty Hillel Scholarship

This is a $1,000 general-purpose scholarship for a Jewish student attending college in Santa Cruz County who has demonstrated the commitment to, and love of, the community that personified Candy's life.
