Fellowship was the importance of creating relationships, and maintaining and nurturing those relationships for a long time. Creating those relationships on campus with Jewish students is really important. It’s what gets them to come back again and again. Today, I continue to translate what I learned as a Fellow to the business sector. I feel like I use the same skills I learned as a Fellow.
