Our mission is to enrich the lives of Jewish students through meaningful points of engagement so they may enrich the Jewish people and the world. Our vision is that every student is inspired to make a commitment to Jewish life, learning and Israel. We support and facilitate student initiatives that promote Jewish values. We have an open-door policy with no membership requirement. Encouraging grassroots programming, we provide University students opportunities to contribute to maintaining Montreal's active, vibrant and diverse Jewish community.

Jack Schoel Scholarships

Awarded annually to undergraduate or graduate students on the basis of high academic achievement, sustained engagement with youth via regular involvement or leadership in Jewish educational programs, and completion of one or more approved Jewish Studies course(s). Awarded by the Faculty of Education’s Committee on Student Affairs on the recommendation of the Coordinator of the Jewish Education Programs.

McGill University

Dr. and Mrs Hirsch Rosenfeld Scholarship in Jewish Studies

Awarded to an undergraduate student in the Jewish Teacher Training Program or to a student entering the program from the B.A. Honours or Major in Jewish Studies in recognition of distinguished academic achievement.
