Explore Simmons University Hillel
Simmons Hillel is the center for Jewish life at Simmons University and co-sponsors many activities with other Boston-area Hillels. Simmons Hillel is a student led, staff supported, thriving organization. Anyone may participate in Hillel and students are encouraged to explore their Jewish identity, whether they wish to participate in a community service project, express themselves artistically, participate in a social event, engage in informal Jewish learning or attend a holiday celebration. Hillel is committed to a pluralistic vision of Judaism that embraces all movements. We promote Jewish life at Simmons through a wide array programming that enriches the lives of our Jewish students and the University as a whole and enables members of these communities to come together in an atmosphere welcoming to all. Simmons Hillel advocates on campus for Jewish needs: time off for holidays, study abroad to Israel, Kosher Kitchen on the Residence Campus, Judaic Studies courses, etc. Simmons Hillel works with Simmons Dining Services and offer a Kosher for Passover meal plan during the holiday at no extra charge.Undergraduate Enrollment
