Kosher Lunches on Campus: Hot Kosher Hot Dogs and Pastrami Sandwiches on Rye are offered every Monday and Tuesday, 11-2 at The Market Place on the 3rd Floor of the Kansas Union. Kosher Dinner is served every Monday evening at dining hall on Daisy Hill, from 5:00-6:30pm. Kosher Korner at Allen Fieldhouse (in partnership with Centerplate): A full service Kosher concession stand is operational during all KU Basketball home weekday games.

Suzy Sostrin, KU Hillel’s Executive Director, was making coffee when I walked into KU Hillel for the first time. She immediately came over to meet me and then introduced me to the other students who were hanging out at Hillel. From that first interaction with a Hillel professional, I felt like I was enough.
Many Hillels spent this Yom HaShoah, Holocaust Remembrance Day, in conversation with survivors who stressed the importance of remembering the past, living with joy, and addressing injustices in the world.
