Alpha Iota Scholarship

This scholarship shall be awarded to a graduate student who is a member of the Alpha Epsilon Phi (AEPhi) Alpha Iota Chapter at the University of Minnesota.All applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and will be scored based on academic performance; chapter, campus and community activities and financial need. Applicants for undergraduate scholarships MUST be initiated members who are rising juniors, and seniors. These women must be full-time students for the coming year. Graduate applicants must have completed at least one year of graduate studies prior to applying.

Leon & Ida Finkelstein Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship is awarded to Minnesota residents, with preference given to children who have lost a parent due to divorce or death. University of Minnesota academic scholarships are highly competitive. Admitted freshmen are considered based on their application for freshman admission. No separate application is needed.

Goldenberg Prize for Outstanding Essays in Jewish Studies

Graduate and undergraduate students at the University of Minnesota are invited to submit a research paper in the field of Jewish studies. The paper may investigate any time period, from antiquity to the present day. Students must be enrolled full-time. All applicants must be in high academic standing.

Jonathan Paradise Modern Hebrew Study Prize

The Center for Jewish Studies will award this scholarship to an undergraduate student who will be enrolled in Hebrew 5090 - Advanced Modern Hebrew. Students must be in good academic standing at the University of Minnesota, with no less than a 3.5 GPA or its equivalent and a 3.8 GPA in modern Hebrew.
