You are eligible to apply if you were born and raised in the Chicago metro area, or had one continuous year of full-time employment in the Chicago metro area prior to enrollment, and intend to remain in the Chicago metro area after completing school. Financial support is available for study at Hebrew University in Jerusalem. Preference given to students attending Hebrew U for the entire academic year.
