This fund was established in 1992 to provide financial assistance to individual(s) needing a scholarship to secure an associate or baccalaureate degree in nursing. There is a requirement for the recipient to work at Heritage Manor for a minimum period of one (1) year following graduation from nursing school.

The Peter Chortek Leadership Award is available to Jewish high schoolers in San Diego, CA and is an award of $5,400 that students may use towards their undergraduate education.

David L. Goodman established a scholarship fund for the purpose of making a measurable, positive difference in deserving students' lives by easing their financial burdens. Four scholarships are awarded each year in the amount of $5,280 each.More information coming July 1st.

Established by Martin Samuelsohn to encourage Jewish students to attend his alma mater, Southern Methodist University School of Law. Candidates must be enrolled in or applying for full-time study at Southern Methodist University School of Law. Academic excellence, financial need, and community involvement will be considered.

The Lilly E. Reiser Graduate Student Award through Hillel International is given annually to a Jewish student who will be attending graduate school in the U.S. in the upcoming school year and who has demonstrated academic excellence and made a difference in their community. Applicants must have completed or be on track to complete their undergraduate degree by June 30, 2024, and be attending graduate school in the fall of 2024. Applicants must self-identify as Jewish. Previous attendance at Hillel events is NOT a requirement for this scholarship. There is no requirement for the concentration of study.

Any Jewish student who has been accepted or is currently studying at a full-time watchmaking school in the USA is eligible for the Oscar Waldan Scholarship. Prospective students may also apply, with the understanding that the scholarship is contingent on their enrollment at a full-time watchmaking school. The scholarship is awarded every April. Awards up to $5,000 are available.

The Vladimir and Pearl Heifetz Memorial Fellowship is designed to assist an undergraduate, graduate or post-graduate researcher in Eastern European Jewish literature. This combined fellowship carries a stipend of $5,000 to defray expenses connected with research in the YIVO's archival collections and library.

One (1) or two (2) fellowships will be awarded each year to deserving scholars engaged in graduate level, post-doctoral, or independent study to conduct research in the JDC Archives facility in New York or Jerusalem. The amount granted will range from $2,000 to $5,000 per fellow.

This scholarship is a $5,000 award for a year's study at an approved Israeli university. Candidates must be permanent residents of Montreal who have demonstrated academic excellence and agree to return to Montreal and participate in the Jewish community. Applicants must submit a letter of acceptance from an Israeli university.
