Hillel International Recognizes Outstanding Professionals, Campuses

World’s largest Jewish campus organization recognizes distinguished individuals, exceptional campus Hillels at 2021 virtual Global Assembly.

WASHINGTON – Hillel International, the largest Jewish campus organization in the world, this week recognized outstanding Hillel professionals and campus Hillels that are leading the way in creating innovative programming and strengthening campus communities during this challenging time.

“While tested by an ongoing stream of intense challenges, this remarkable group of professionals and communities have risen to the occasion, uplifting and inspiring students, and building thriving and supportive Jewish student communities,” said Hillel International President and CEO Adam Lehman. “These talented leaders and the campus communities where they work bring the joys and meaning of Jewish life to students every day and are more than deserving of this recognition.”

The awardees, chosen for how they symbolize Hillel’s culture of excellence, were honored before a virtual audience of more than 1,000 Hillel professionals from around the world as part of Hillel International’s Global Assembly, an annual event that brings leaders together for professional development and networking.
