This scholarship is available to Jewish high school seniors graduating from Carmel, Fishers, Indianapolis, Noblesville and Westfield public high schools and who will pursue accredited programs of higher education in the forthcoming year. Barney & Sarah Richman Memorial Scholarship is awarded to a student who lost a parent at a young age.
